01Acceptance

By accessing the Momentum IQ site, requesting early access, or using the terminal during early access (Alpha / Founders beta), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy.

02What Momentum IQ is — and is not

Momentum IQ is a research and market-intelligence workflow tool. It surfaces sector momentum, catalysts, insider context, social signals, setup-quality context, watch levels, risk context, and AI-assisted research, in one terminal, for your own analysis.

Momentum IQ does not provide investment advice or buy/sell recommendations.
Momentum IQ is not a broker and does not provide brokerage services or portfolio management.
Momentum IQ does not connect to brokerage or trading accounts and does not sync account balances.
Momentum IQ does not place or execute trades. Any execution happens entirely outside Momentum IQ, in your own broker or trading platform.
All data, analysis, signals, scores, and AI-generated content are for research reference only — not recommendations, predictions, or guarantees.

03No guarantees

The service is provided for informational purposes without guarantees of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or availability of any data or analysis, and we do not guarantee any trading or investment outcome, return, or profit. Market data may be delayed. Past market patterns do not guarantee future results.

04Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions and for any actions you take outside Momentum IQ. You should do your own research and consider seeking advice from a licensed financial professional before making decisions. You use the service at your own risk.

05Early access, changes & availability

Momentum IQ is in early access. Access is invite-only and at our discretion — submitting a request does not guarantee or grant access. We may grant, decline, change, limit, suspend, pause, or revoke access at any time. Features are in beta and may change or be discontinued, and the service may be unavailable or interrupted without notice.

06Acceptable use

You agree not to:

scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract data from the service;
copy, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source or underlying methods of the service;
resell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit the service or its content without permission;
share, circumvent, or attempt to bypass access controls or authentication;
disrupt, overload, probe, or interfere with the service or its infrastructure, or use it unlawfully or abusively.

07Intellectual property

The Momentum IQ platform, its design, and its content are owned by Momentum IQ or its licensors. During early access you receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for your own personal research, subject to these terms.

08Payment

Founder Beta is paid access after manual approval. Payment is handled through an external hosted checkout provider such as Tranzila. Momentum IQ does not collect, process, or store payment-card details on this site. Pricing, billing cycles, trial/bonus months, taxes, refunds, cancellations, and invoice handling may be governed by separate billing terms or checkout-provider terms. Any pricing shown on the site may change before or after beta. Access is not automatic: payment alone does not guarantee dashboard activation, and access may still require manual review, account creation, and compliance checks.

09Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Momentum IQ is not liable for any loss or damages — including trading or investment losses — arising from your use of, or reliance on, the service or its content.

10Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, including for breach of these terms or to protect the service. You may stop using the service at any time.

11Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product develops (for example, when billing, access rules, account flows, or product features change). Material changes will be reflected here with an updated effective date; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

12Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Momentum IQ operates. The specific governing law and venue will be confirmed before public launch.
